Descent Freespace/Freespace2.
This is one of those games that if you don't play the first, you won't understand the second. Descent Freespace 1 and 2 are space simulators, but they are fun as hell. The full 360 degree turns and banks will leave your stomach in knots. The graphics in Freespace1 are pretty great considdering it was made in 1996. The graphics in Freespace2 are so detailed you need a 3d card just to play it. The graphics in Fs2 are so detailed that at the best resolution in it a 600mhz cpu still has trouble processing the data. Descent 1,2,and 3.
I know Descent 3 is very fun.I own the full version. Since I couldn't find it in stores I just had to order it direct from Interplay. The game requires a 3D Accelerator. The graphics are very detailed,and if you shoot the wall with your lasers it will leave a mark, none of the others did that. Descent 2 is a great game too, but it runs in dos mode and sadly i am not able to play it anymore. Same goes for Descent 1.
